We agree the written launch scope and required inputs before paid work begins. For new Managed customers, the first $399 subscription payment is due when agreed paid launch work begins; the standard launch fee is waived, not deferred. Allux for Firms retains its $1,999 one-time Design & Launch fee. Additional work requires separate scope and approval. A separately agreed customer-delay policy can start billing 30 days after a documented readiness notice — only when the agreed work is complete, recurring services are available and the delay is solely customer-side.
