2. Advisor Websites Built on Allux
Financial advisors and advisory firms may use Allux to create and operate their own websites.
The advisor or advisory firm determines what information is collected through its website and how that information is used. The advisor is responsible for maintaining an appropriate privacy policy for its website.
Allux may process information submitted through an advisor’s website, including contact and lead-form submissions, on behalf of that advisor and to provide the platform. If you submitted information through an advisor website built on Allux, you should contact that advisor directly regarding its privacy practices or to exercise rights concerning that information.
Allux does not use an advisor’s visitor or lead information for unrelated advertising or sell that information to third parties.

Do not include confidential client information, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, authentication credentials, or other sensitive personal information in AI prompts or website-generation requests.
Allux does not sell customer prompts or website content. Third-party AI providers process information according to their applicable agreements, terms, settings, and privacy practices.

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
Service providers
We use service providers to help operate the Services, including providers of:
Cloud hosting, storage, databases, backups, and infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services;
AI-assisted content generation, including Google Gemini;
Website hosting and marketing-site services, including Framer;
Authentication and account administration;
Email delivery and communications;
Analytics and performance measurement;
Error monitoring, security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention; and
Professional services such as legal, accounting, or technical support.
These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us, subject to their agreements and applicable terms.
At your direction
We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so, including when publishing content to a public website or delivering a lead to an advisor.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;
Respond to lawful government requests;
Enforce our agreements or policies;
Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
Protect the rights, property, or safety of Allux, our customers, users, or others.
Business transfers
Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice.
Payment processing
We disclose payment and transaction information to Stripe to process payments, administer subscriptions, prevent fraud, manage invoices, and provide related financial services.
Stripe may process certain information for its own legally permitted purposes, including security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
Advertising and measurement partners
We may disclose device identifiers, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browsing activity, page interactions, campaign information, and conversion events to advertising and measurement partners, including:
Meta, through Meta Pixel and related Meta Business Tools;
LinkedIn, through LinkedIn Insight Tag and related advertising services; and
Google, through Google Ads, Google tags, conversion tracking, remarketing, and related measurement services.
These partners may combine information received from Allux with information they already hold, subject to their own terms, account settings, and privacy policies.
We use these technologies on Allux-owned marketing pages and selected Allux conversion pages. We do not intentionally place Allux advertising pixels on customer-published advisor websites or use advisor-site visitor information to build Allux advertising audiences.
7. Sale and Behavioral Advertising
Allux does not sell personal information for money.
We use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, and related technologies to measure advertising, attribute conversions, create audiences, and advertise Allux to people who previously interacted with our Services.
The disclosure of identifiers and Internet or browsing activity to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain US state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.
Where required, you may opt out through our cookie-preference controls or by contacting privacy@allux.ai. We will also honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
Your choice applies to the browser and device from which it is submitted. You may need to repeat your choice if you use another device, browser, or clear your cookies.
We do not use information submitted through customer-published advisor websites for Allux advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Cookies, Advertising, and Similar Technologies
Allux and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.
Necessary technologies
These technologies are required to:
Operate the Services;
Maintain sessions and authentication;
Remember privacy choices;
Protect accounts;
Process payments;
Prevent fraud and abuse; and
Maintain security and basic functionality.
Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through our cookie settings because the Services may not function correctly without them.
Analytics technologies
Analytics technologies help us understand:
How visitors find and use Allux;
Which pages and features are used;
Whether errors occur;
How marketing pages perform; and
How the Services can be improved.
Advertising technologies
Subject to your choices and applicable requirements, we may use:
Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel helps us measure visits and conversions, understand whether advertising results in actions on Allux, create advertising audiences, and show Allux advertisements to people who previously interacted with our marketing website.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
LinkedIn Insight Tag helps us measure campaign performance, understand professional audiences in aggregated form, attribute conversions, create advertising audiences, and advertise Allux to visitors on LinkedIn.
Google Ads
Google Ads tags and cookies help us measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, prevent advertising fraud, create remarketing audiences, and show advertisements based on previous interactions with Allux.
These providers may recognize your browser or device across different websites and services. Their use of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and account controls:
Your cookie choices
When required—or where we choose to provide the option more broadly—we will not activate analytics or advertising technologies until you make a selection through our cookie banner.
You can accept, reject, or manage non-essential technologies through the cookie-preference controls available on the marketing website.
You may also manage cookies through your browser or the privacy and advertising settings offered by Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Disabling cookies does not necessarily prevent all forms of measurement, and necessary technologies may continue to operate.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers provide a traditional “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to that signal, our Services do not currently respond to traditional Do Not Track signals.
Where legally required, we recognize Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide and secure the Services;
Maintain an active customer relationship;
Complete the purposes described in this policy;
Maintain required business and transaction records;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce agreements; and
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, its purpose, customer instructions, security requirements, and applicable law.
Published website versions, approval records, audit trails, and related snapshots may be retained for extended periods when required by platform functionality, a customer’s instructions, contractual commitments, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
When an account or service relationship ends, website content is handled according to the applicable customer agreement and the Allux Portability Guarantee. We may delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required, subject to legitimate security, backup, legal, and recordkeeping needs.
Information stored in backups may remain until the applicable backup is securely overwritten or expires according to the backup schedule.
Payment and transaction records may be retained by Allux and Stripe for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, regulatory, and legal purposes. Advertising partners retain information according to their own policies, account settings, and legal obligations. Cookie and advertising-identifier retention periods may vary by provider and technology.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, secure transmission, account authentication, backups, monitoring, and restrictions on customer-data access.
No system, storage method, or Internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request that we:
Provide access to personal information associated with you;
Correct inaccurate information;
Delete information that is no longer required;
Provide a portable copy of certain information; or
Stop sending promotional communications.
Certain requests may be limited where retention is necessary to provide the Services, protect security, maintain required records, complete a transaction, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If information was submitted to an advisor through an advisor website built on Allux, we may direct your request to that advisor or assist the advisor in responding.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. Allux will honor legally required rights when they apply.
Submit privacy requests to: privacy@allux.ai
12. International Use and Data Transfers
Allux operates from the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to a country with privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
The Services are directed primarily to US businesses and financial professionals. Allux does not currently market the platform specifically to consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Allux, contact us at privacy@allux.ai, and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete the information where required.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, advisor websites, scheduling tools, client portals, social networks, or other services.
Allux does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable requirements.
We will post the updated policy with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
